My son is only three years old and obsessed with farm machinery and diggers etc.
He has a collection of the 'Bruder' German made toys and for Christmas, Santa brought us both an ex-army Massey Ferguson 203 Industrial.
I am new to tractors, but not historic military vehicles.
The first thing was to get her started.
Fresh diesel and a new battery and after a few turns she fired up. And ran sweetly, which we were very happy with.
Plan is to paint her up back in the British Deep Bronze Green paint that she would have been painted in during service.
Also to give her some much needed TLC as some gauges are not working and the lights are out / no light switch etc.
I will hopefully be asking for help and advise as we get to know more about her.
For now I attach a picture of how she looks at the minute.
Cheers and a Happy New Year.
