I had a duetz air cooled diesel in a Iveco truck that called for thinning the fuel with gasoline, at extreme low temps it was up to a 50% mixture. Sure don't see that recommended anymore but apparently it was pretty common years ago.
I stick with the power service or Howes.

Years ago Diesel fuel had a LOT more lubrication built into it. You could get by doing something like that. Do not try that now. :eek:
