Happy New Year Everyone, I have a 2006 Kubota L-4330HSTC, I use only for snow removal. I have the front fender kit I ordered from Canada with the help of 4shorts getting me part numbers etc a few years ago, which has stopped crud ,slop on the windshield. Now when driving on a wet salty road, the side windows and some of the glass doors are getting sloppy, someone said the "b" series has an available "black" fender flare kit available for that series, but im almost sure not for the L series. I just want to cover the rear treads a bit more, so........any ideas, what material to use? Thanks ahead of time

How about some rubber belt, such as conveyor belt or round baler belt? I have some mining belt cut off about 6" wide that I have big plans for myself. Apparently when the belt edges get frayed they take them to the shop and true up the edges to make the next smaller useable width. These cut offs are just something they would have to otherwise pay to dispose of, so they were free.

good idea, but how would we mount? drill with stainless steel screws??

Yes, I think stainless steel fasteners would be the best solution. You would also want to paint the bare metal edges when the holes are drilled.

The belt idea has been used before, I first saw it some time ago here on TBN I believe.

How about cut up strips of horse stall mat? Usually comes in 4'x6'x3/4" sheets. You could cut into strips of whatever width you need and mount them by bolting them on with a metal strap through the rubber and into the fenders.

No disrespect but I think anything that is 3/4" thick is overkill and might be a bit too heavy.

Try summitracing.com and search for universal fender flares. They have several different types and widths of fender flares sold by the roll.

ecruzin, you read my mind! I was on their website today!!! my only issue is how am I going to attach, I know there are a few types, but the "lip" on the fender is very thin, no room for error, I want it to look good etc, still investigating, but thank you and the others who are also thinking!

I only thought of 3/4" because it is relatively cheap and easy to find at a farm or horse store.

You could also get a sheet of 1/2" or 3/8" thick sheet of 4x6 rubber exercise flooring. An old piece of conveyor belting might work too.

No disrespect but I think anything that is 3/4" thick is overkill and might be a bit too heavy.
