Anyone interested in 186D label artwork?

This past week, I've undertaken the reconstruction of all of the various labels that appear on my 186D.
Using Photoshop and Illustrator, I've been able to re-do the 12 labels that appear on the fenders, center console, and transmission. I won't do the hood because I can get one, but I haven't seen any of the other labels.

I forgot to take a picture of the rabbit-turtle label for the throttle lever, so I'll need to do that later today.

They're not exact, as I was not able to match dead-on the fonts, but they look pretty good.

I'm planning on stopping by my local sign shop to get them printed.

If anyone is interested in them, just send me a note. I have generated them in the most recent version of Illustrator 17.0.2 and can resave them in an older Illustrator version or Adobe PDF.

I've attached an example PDF with the original picture.

The only thing left to do is to get the sized correctly. The labels are all in vector format , so all I need to do before getting them printed is to measure the original and resize them to exactly as they appear.

Label Update!

Just wanted to give you guys an update on the label project.
I was working with the local label shop here in Northern Virginia to get our labels printed, but ran into a low quantity-high price problem. He was willing to print 10 sets at 75.00 each, which I thought was way too high, but I understand the guy needs to make a profit. I figured you guys were of the same opinion about the price - can someone else do better for us?

My other option: Send an email to Aaron at Hoye!

Aaron got right back to me and was interested in adding the labels to his catalog. I had actually thought about doing this earlier, but I wanted to see if I could do it locally. I sent Aaron the original Adobe Illustrator artwork and he was going to forward it over to his label shop. I'm sure he can do much better as he has order quantity on his side and adding them to his parts catalog would be a huge bonus...

I'm thinking that most of the 186 labels are fairly generic and would go on a wide variety of models.

So stay tuned.... It'll be nice to buy them right out of Hoye's!
