I agree with the fuel gelling theory.
Have had this happen in my truck at warmer temps than -25 (holy crap!) and by truck is fueled at a location where fuel is often cycled through the tank.

Who knows how long tractor dealers have diesel laying around before dumping it in a tractor.

As mentioned, pick up a few bottles of diesel fuel treatment. It does work to prevent this.

I second that JMER817, for a buyer a relationship really starts once you buy the tractor. For the dealer unfortunately I think a lot of times this is where the relationship ends. I'm not talking all dealers, just some.

I called them to sort things out, they're mailing me an owners manual and they told me they've been having trouble with all their diesel (I'm with K0ua, it's probably summer fuel). I'm not sure why they didn't tell me this in advance, or buy diesel from a better station.

But anyway, I poured in diesel 911 and it warmed up about 20 degrees here to around 0 and I plugged in the tractor overnight. The combination of these 3 things and I was able to get it started and clear part of my driveway so that I could shed my tractor. I expect with it shedded that I won't have quite so many issues next time. I've got some new diesel treated with power service white, so I'm hoping to avoid future issues with gelling or condensation.

I'm going to do a more through check through everything before I start my tractor again, because I noticed today that there's basically no coolant in my tractor. I could see maybe a cm at the bottom of the container, but that level is a far cry from the "low" level as indicated on the container. Now I'm thinking, what else haven't they done? I can't believe the tractor got delivered in this shape.

Any coolant recommendations? I called my dealer to let them know that they delivered it without any coolant and I wanted to confirm what type of coolant they used because the owners manual says not to mix coolant types. They used Prestone Celcius, but I checked with Prestone and they say it's not sold in the province. Is there a type of coolant that would be appropriate to mix with this one? I'm also willing to just drain the coolant and start over with any recommendations that anyone on here has. They did tell me to keep the receipt and they'll pay me back.

Wont hurt to drain it and start over, now you will know what is in it.. I just used Prestone from Wal-Mart. mixed it myself 50/50 with distilled water.

Sounds like your dealer did not really go over it well. be sure to check all of the grease zerks on the loader and chassis. Grease loader every 10 hours. chassis every 50.
Be sure to check with a torque wrench all the wheel bolts and loader bolts as well.. bound to be some of them loose, You need to check them often. for the first 200 hours or so.. then they seem to stay tight.

Regarding the owner's manual, did you check to make sure it's not stuck in the compartment in the seat back?

I didn't notice that compartment either. It would be a logical place to put the manual, but it wasn't there. I drained the existing coolant and replaced with some I picked up myself mixed with distilled water 50/50. I didn't want to chance that the dealer used hard water out of convenience. The dealer told me they would reimburse me and apologized for the coolant being so low.

You might want to ask your dealer for a copy of the PDI sheet. It sounds like your tractor got the wheels and loader attached and sent out the door. There is a fair amount involved in a proper PDI and topping up antifreeze is one of them.

Kioti tractors come in the crate with about a gallon of fuel in them. It is southern fuel. If the dealer did not suck it out and refill with #1 diesel it will gel as you experienced.
