I believe sparc can escape justice on this technicality.

Unless specified the most prevalent calendar used in this prescribed area must be assumed. A jury of his peers would not be so quick to dismiss.

Sparc must face a jury of his peers .. If guilty .. Death by burning strapped to the pallet
So, what was her answer?
Steve
So I called her, and her sister told me she was in Florida. I arranged a meeting.
At that point she began to look distressed and asked that I leave immediately, which I should have done, but my concern for her safety overwhelmed my judgement. I could see that suddenly she was terrified. She pleaded that I leave quickly and I asked her to tell me that she was going to be alright, and at that exact moment... she changed into something of absolute amazement.....
an animal, a very primitive fur covered being the likes of which I have never seen and even have difficulty describing. A second later she/it dissipated into a cloud of glassy dust.
Glad you asked...

I moved to where she was sitting and looked into her chair and there I saw a small pile of L shaped nails. I looked at the nails and reached down to pick them up. The nails moved. They moved away from my hands as if they were magnets and my hands or the nails were generating an opposing magnetic field.
At that moment the room began to get really cold and I got extremely spooked....I not ashamed to say, I got scared like a soaked monkey . I did not want to become a pile of dust.
I left the room in a big hurry and needless to say, felt very lucky to have escaped unharmed.
It's now my opinion that the pallets don't exist, but something much, much more sinister lies on or near that hill in New Jersey
