The flying monkeys of Oz were definitely an inspiration to Madama Zelda. Here is the evidence from the Steve Cam:

We may be sure she had it in mind to create her own flying monkeys. She had access, unguarded by Steve yet again I suppose, to the DNA Sequencer. You may recall the lovely Pipette and I spent our afternoon of delight behind the sequencer in Steve's laboratory.

Thanks. My simple error caused me to think that I may have been too hasty in dismissing the "hayist" faction as being delusional. My math proof is now complete -- I have a general theory of delusion. That theory explains the behaviors of the "hayists," the "seedists," the "militarists," the "squirrelists," the "alienists," the "markists," the "criminalists," and Dave.
