Have fun with the little Indians, Blue. I've had some experience with a part Cherokee maid or two myself, very beautiful ladies.

Very beautiful ladies indeed ...

Steve,
You're mighty quiet. If you don't reply, I'll take it as an indication that your power is out or, you're curled up with a nice warm squirrel.

Quite the contrary. I have been busy compiling a report that I will be filing with the National Science Agency (NSA). In that report I will show that James has been acting as an agent provocateur of a radical anarcho-primitivistic group. The objective of the group is clear -- the destruction of the technological marvel that is the humble pallet.

James tried to pass himself off as a member of the scientific community. I had noted his propensity to offer gratuitous endorsements of crackpot theories and attributed that behavior to the gullibility of a junior scientist from the backwoods of Missouri. If fact, I was attempting to explain his behavior by developing a "Gratuitous Endorsement Theory." In doing so, I began to note anomalous behavior by James -- his inciting others to incinerate pallets in an orgy of destruction.

Notice the glee in the following message from James. He claims that burning pallets has solved "this problem" and provided a "good time." The wanton destruction of the linchpin of the global economy brings joy?

There now, I declare this problem officially solved, and a good time had by all!

I am still investigating whether James acted alone or as part of a wider conspiracy. Careful analysis of the "grassy knoll" photograph provided by sparc shows a shadowy figure mounted on horseback. I suspect that the figure may be blueriver, but the photographic evidence is not strong enough to press charges at this time. However, note that blueriver did play a leading role in urging the destruction of pallets by conflagration.

I have ruled out Dave as a co-conspirator. He may have been duped by the anarcho-primitivists, but they must have realized that his delusional disorder would render him useless in carrying out their nefarious scheme.

Last night I was hesitant, but in the clear morning light I can see it was only an irrational fear of losing the lovely Pipette that was holding me back.

That makes number seven. I may have been too conservative in my estimation of lambda -- Dave is running ahead of schedule.

Steve,
I'm happy that the ice hasn't cut your line to that nuke plant up your way.
A fifth column, huh? That would explain some things but, I still think they're just good old boys with a case of the winter blues. It might not hurt if you blow off a little steam, yourself. Your giant brain needs a break.

Oops almost forgot "fellowship" !! Oh geez .. Scientist will now be searching "fellowship" to compare that to the alien mothership !!
