I overcooked the meat and the vegetables were the pits. :stirthepot:
Tried to do the steaks on an inside griddle and they were juicy but not even pink. darn. Just too nasty to barbecue outside, sigh.
Otherwise, I made some nice bland food I can tupperize and take over to my MIL .
Snowing out, at least an inch so far, getting colder, not a good Sat night to be out and about unless one knows how to drive in this.
And even then...

I've been trying to steam all the veggies and they just aren't very appealing when they are done.
Not enough of the essential food groups of sugar, grease and salt...
You could try sauteed brussel sprouts. Cut in half top to bottom. Toss them in a bit of olive oil, season to taste, cook on low heat until just tender on the outside.
