My cousin just went through chemo for mouth cancer. Since I have known him {about 40 years} he has had a big red beard and long red hair. These last few years the beard and hair was more gray than red, and he was looking old. With all his hair and beard gone, he looks like a young man again. I don't talk to him much, as he is a private person like I am, but I did see him go by on the tractor the other day towing a trailer load of firewood. The BIL and I had offered to cut wood for him a few weeks ago. He had said he had enough at the time, and he was looking forward to getting some for himself. I'm sure his son ran the saw, but it's good that he is out of the house. I trust you will be out and about soon yourself.

Yep, Jim, I've known a number of people who have gone through chemo and/or radiation and never even heard of anyone who liked it, but sometimes the results are worth it. So we'll hope and pray that's true for you, too.

Went to a welcome home gathering yesterday for a neighbor who recently completed chemo and radiation. I motioned toward my wife and remarked she has been Cancer free since 2006, he will do it too.

So will you.
