Well, my chemo treatments are winding down and it's time for another PET scan. My PET scan is scheduled for Feb. 26th.Then, on March 13th at my next appointment with my oncologist, I will find out the results. I'm certainly ready to be through with chemo if possible. I just don't like the way it makes me feel. Just about the time I get to feeling good, it seems it's time for another treatment and the doldrums that follow.
Frankly, I'm also getting ready to have some hair growing back on my head too.
Shaving once every three weeks is fine, but I sure miss not having hair on my head and the back of my neck. I get chilled really quickly because of that. I see people in cold climates with shaved heads and don't understand how they can stand it. :confused3:
Anyhow, I'll soon know more definitive info about how well my treatments have gone. I do feel fine with nothing but the side-effects of chemo.:thumbsup:
