3-Point Hitch Mahindra 3215 3-Point Stabilizer Bars

Has anyone else experienced any problems with stabilizer bars bending on a 3215. I have a 2006 model and had them replaced under warranty after straightening them and welding. The second set have both broke now multiple times and been welded back. I use a rotary cutter, boxblade, tiller and disk. It appears to me to be a poor design with a lot of slop everywhere.
Has anyone replace them with something else?

I agree, very poor design. I altered mine to get a more rigid design. I got some link end repair pcs and welded them in as you can see. The ball swivel fit right over the existing stud that is there. I pulled those pieces off and drilled and tapped and studded them so that I have a lock nut and washer holding the arm on. This has worked very well for me and is far superior to the OEM design IMO.

I have broken my stabilizers twice - the piece with the hole in it that slides into the sleeve with holes - replacements are over $100 and the metal is pot metal or cheap steel. If you could show a closer up picture of the gizmo you fixed I'd appreciate that. I have a 3016 model.

You're welcome. I would like to say that I did not make the change because I broke anything. I made the change because I hated all the monkey motion that was there with the OEM linkage. I made the change within the first month of having the tractor, it has worked out VERY WELL for me.
