Anyone else notice a rash on new posters with one line comments?

I'll get his name wrong, but MadReferee used to be on here a lot. Never noticed his post count but I'm sure it was extremely high. He was the "go to" guy for hydraulics. He died a few years ago. Big loss for TBN.

I too have Cancer and have a lot of down time to sit at my Laptop while the Meds are dripping in. Don't care about what anyone thinks of my post count including you Richard

just glad I have a Forum of like minded people to shoot the breeze with.

There are some guys online, that I look at their post count, the fact that they talk about being on other forums, and hold down jobs.... I really wonder how? I thought I had a good union job, but I never had one that allowed enough time online to accrue 20K post counts on multiple forums. I'd run out of anything to say. My freakin fingers would have given out! Maybe I'm just not that smart?

There's a half dozen guys on here that I trust and count on to adjust my azimuth if needed. You are one of em Murph.

Yeah, I read his stuff quite often. I lurked here for years, I really only got active here after I retired. He was a nice guy.

I learned to type on a manual typerwriter in typing class in high school. I was taught the right way. I still use that method. Each digit has a specific purpose. Comes easy to me.

My involvement ramped up this Winter when I got wireless in my shop. Course when Summer comes I'll be scarce.

I am in construction and not much work in the winter and with wireless and an iPad I can watch tv & monitor TBN whenever I sit down. When I get back to work I won't have as much free time either. I do look forward to reading & commenting and laughing out load at the great posts & humorous wit here. With me everything is in fun, so I hope nobody takes me too seriously. :cool2:
