I moved enough to justify to the wife just why I bought a front mounted snow blower in the middle of July. I bought it two years ago and the wife was doubting its usefulness until this year! After some melting and such there is still 18" inches in the yard! Was as high as 28" a few weeks ago.

I made the mistake of not pushing it back off the drive far enough ( I use a back blade) and the 300' drive was getting a little narrow because the banks are higher than the blade and the ice storm we had turned them into blocks of ice I will be looking into a 3pnt snow blower.

Started to figure it and ended up with, it was a bodacious amount of snow. I plow a mile of road (old rail road bed) It varies from 12 to 20 feet wide and 14 driveways (of varying lengths) off of it. Last storm was 45 hours on the seat, by the time it was all pushed back and ready for the next storm.

I'd rather mow grass. Have to sit down now and figure out how many feet of grass I've mowed from my lawns.

44 inches deep X 1000 feet long X 8 feet wide = sick of it

Too much, at 2 places, too many times.
Ask me how many times I've had to clear the snow off the roofs? Manual labor sucks.

I got 20 acres that I plow into a big pile, cover with saw dust so that I have water for the cows in aug. Going save as much as I can, going to be ready for late summer. I also can pull my AC off of it.

Over 1,000cy with a BX1500. That's like 10,000 for an M59!

Clint we are approaching 80" and I thought that was a lot, until I read your post of 230" my condolences!
I've been moving it around with a back blade, but as others have previously stated unless you snow blow it out of the way it sure does make the area smaller each storm.
