I agree. If I could find used that was not my max budget, I would definitely lean that way. Especially if it was a JD or Kubota. I just haven't found one yet. The LS would be $12,600 after tax.

LS' quality is fantastic... And the J2023 might be enough for you. I had a CK20 HST before, and I worked it hard. It did a great job, but I mainly used it as a little loader tractor and only used the PTO fir post holes; do a YouTube search for "digging a pond with Kioti Ck20" & you'll see what I did with it.

Knowing how tough that tractor was, pound for pound, and being that the J2023 has more HP, hydraulic flow, and lift ... it makes me think that little J2023 will do fine.

I don't know how much "growing into it" you'll duo tho, alot of the things you'll do well be limited by the tractors wheelbase & weight, just depends on what you're doing with it.

Good luck!

I watched that video several weeks ago. Nice to meet you so to speak. That was a great video. I couldn't believe how much work you did with that little tractor. Very impressive.

Thanks. Wow, I just checked that vid, it's up to over 43000 views! Hopefully it helped some folks get an idea on tractor sizing & capabilities.

Does anyone know if the CT225 has rear remotes? It might be worth the additional cost to have a remote or two. I would like to have a tilt/angle blade.

You do know that the Bobcats are white Kioti's?I wouldn't worry about parts for a Bobcat. That sounds like a decent price for a brand new tractor. We just paid $9500 for a 11 year old Kubota.

Yes, I know that. Not worried about parts. Just curious if the CT225 has a rear remote.

Man, that Bobcat CT225 is looking enticing. I see where there are a lot of options for cab enclosures for that tractor. After this winter, that would have been awesome to have. I may have to go take a look at them. It's outside my budget, but maybe the dealer will come down considering they are already 2 years old.

I don't think the CT225 comes standard with remotes. Could be wrong; maybe BC includes them. Why not call and ask? I think I paid like $400 for one set with my Kioti at time of purchase, in a package deal. I love having the remotes. Wish I had a second one for tilt.
