the tractor raises its lift arms without load but with the disc cant raise unless u accelerate the tractor. what might be the problem?

Could be the flow adjustment valve under the seat needs to be turned up to increase lift capacity and speed.

Flow control valve limits the speed 3 pt drops but has nothing to do with speed of raising. Valve is also known as "rate of drop" screw

How long since hyd filters were changed? I suggest to get a 3000 psi gauge and plug in breakaway coupler on rear of tractor to check pressure. Surplus Center has a 3000# gauge.

The descent valve will also stop all flow from the cyl, locking it in place assuming good seals.

If your piston seals are leaking, The 3pt might not raise anything.

Like Jim said, plug in a gage and check pressure with the lift lever at max height.

Check your loader first to see if the pump can make pressure.

If no valve operation will show any pressure, suspect the pump.

Your 3pt relief could be stuck open also.

Correct me if I wrong but if 3 pt relief valve was stuck open then 3 pt wouldn't raise even with no load.

Little bit debris, little bypass.

If stuck full open, then full relief, no lift.
