I would try JB weld or take it to a radiator shop and see what they might do for you.

It is not a warranty claim, but it could be an insurance claim.. I have KTAC on my Kioti. They would pay for that, however there is the deductible of $250.
Did you know when it happened?.. In other words, did you have one of those "oh **** moments" when you know you just messed up?.
Sometimes you just don't know and your first clue something is wrong is the smell and green stuff all over everything.

I was tired, at the end of the day. I had a few branches left to push into the pile. Instead of going around them and pushing from the side, like I should have, I took the lazy way and tried to lift up the ends and push them around so I could hit them from the side.
One didn't get picked up, obviously, and because the field is so wet, the other end sank into the dirt. Perfect situation for poking a hole in the radiator.
I'll probably try to patch it first.

This is just a stab in the dark....If it is plastic, I just saw a plastic welding kit advertised by Harber Freight for $69.00 or so....I have not idea if it would work to plastic weld your radiator back...just thought I throw it out as a possibility....I hate it when these unexpected things hit our wallets...geeez.

I welded plastic in an industrial setting for ~ 7 years. There will be three issues. (1) getting it clean, if there's any glycol film the weld is not going to stick. (2) Getting the correct "welding' rod. (3) Thin vacuum molded plastic will shrink to it's preformed size (the crack will turn to a hole / get bigger) when you put the heat of a welder to it.

Make sure you at least call bobcat and get a price for the new part before you go through all the trouble with trying to weld it or glue it. radiators right in front not much in the way shouldn't be that hard to fix yourself. Plus if it's plastic shouldn't cost that much right???? You might be happily surprised. I'll keep fingers crossed for you.

I'm meeting the repair guy as the farm, either later today or tomorrow. I haven't looked closely as what would be involved to swap it out. Mostly would depend on how much stuff I'd have to take apart or remove to get to the radiator, to determine if I want to tackle it. The mechanic will let me know the cost of the radiator.
I had a dream, that Bobcat decided it was a warranty fix.. Ha

Heard from the Bobcat mechanic today. The radiator is less than $300. Still seems like a lot, but I've got a full time job to keep going until retirement, so I told him to swap it out. I'm hoping it is less than a 2 hr fix.. Price to pay for my carelessness. I'm pretty sure I could do the swap out, after looking a bit more at the radiator, but I'm a bit pressed for time.
Besides, my wife told me this farm, is supposed to be "enjoyable". I've been putting in some long days up there trying to turn it around a bit.
She's convinced me to try a little fishing this weekend. Fortunately the farm sits about three miles from Mark Twain Lake. I think I'll see if the crappie are starting to bite a bit..
I do need to put in a fence around the sewage lagoon though.. Maybe I'll get a little bit of both done. Ha

Very good choice, never had much success in repairing plastic tanks. I have got them to seal at first then with a few heat, cool cycles the started to seep. CJ
