Right, corrugated is already leaking, any tricks to change without draining the oil?
Oh, and maybe i ruined it over tightening?

drain, catch, strain, re-add if it's alot of oil ( any sump )

corrugated makes terrible gaskets.

overtightening a gasketed drain bung will generally damage the cap and or threads .. I've seen busted caps
