Iseki confusion

I'm really cornfused!

I have a Iseki TS-2205. Another member of this group/forum gracelessly emailed me copies of the operating manual for the TS series tractor, but it doesn't specifically mention the model I have. The manual covers the following TS models 1610, 1910, 2210, 2510, 2810, 3510. As can be seen none of the xx05s models are covered. So my first question is what is the difference between the TS-xx10 and the TS-xx05 models? I at first thought that the 2210 was basically the same as my 2205 until I compared the pictures to my tractor. That is when the confusion set in. My "dash panel" looks more like the 1910/1610 than the 2210. Can I use the information for the xx10 models for the xx05 models and should I use the information for the 2210 or the 1610?

As for my second question. Elsewhere in this forum I found a thread that covered the filters for an Iseki tractor. Unfortunately I can't find it and don't recall which model tractor the filters were for. Here is the list:

I went to the Fram site and was able to find the following Fram filters

air---- Bolens 1872002 --> Fram CAK530
oil---- Bolens 187413 --> Fram PH3593A
fuel----- Bolens 1876440 --> Fram CG9271

It does seem from photos online the TS2205 is similar to TS1610/TS1910. I think the difference is the TS2205 has more engine displacement with a Izusu 2AB1 engine. I have a TS1610.

I recommend you cross the oil filter to other oil filters for the Izusu 2AB1 engine. I think the threads should be 3/4-16 Th'd. The filter you list has 20mmx1.5mm threads. The diameter for the gasket also seems small on the filter you list. The contact area for the gasket may be large so there may be a number of oil filters that will fit.

I considered the CAK530 air filter but found a different Fram part number that had a smaller diameter and longer body. But my tractor air filter housing seems to be modified by a previous owner so it may be nonstandard.

Fram has dimension for all their oil filters on the Fram web site. You can also find Fram air filter guides that list the dimensions for all the Fram air filters.

Okay, got some new numbers on the oil filter and fuel filters for the 2AB1 engine:

NAPA oil filter is #1374 and the Fram filter is #PH3614 (3/4x16 threads)
NAPA Fuel Filter is #3393 and the Fram filter is #P3627. These worry me as when I look them up on the appropriate website they show oil filters! The fuel filter on my tractor are the "in bowl" type not a screw on type.

Even with this new information on the filters, I'm still confused as to which model I should follow. The owner manual is rather confusing on the different options different models have. As I said in my original post something look more like the 1610 while others make me think I should follow the 2210 model.

It shows the same fuel filter for TS-1610/1910 and 2210 so you could try one like that.
