Beware Yellow Yanmar hydraulic fittings.

The yellow Yanmars are built in Adair Georgia. They may be assembled from parts sourced from all over the world, but they certainly are assembled in the U.S.
I still maintain if you want to live and work in this country, learn English. If you want to manufacture in this country conform to our standards.

I have broken a couple fittings on my sc2400 lil toy. Have been able to find every one of them at the local cat dealer.
the Auto parts stores just don't seem to ever have exact fit but the cat dealer has had everything I needed in stock ready to go and the fittings have been reasonable compared to the auto parts dealers, now if only cat didn't line their hose with gold plate at least that's the only way I can see them wanting that much extra. their hose is about 4 times that of Orielly or Napa.

Very true.....anything with the CAT name is AKA Mercedes....lol

I just usually go to a local hydraulics place, don't really use the yanmar dealer for anything.

Keep buying those Cat parts, guys. Keeping me in a job

Eyecatcher...Cat tractors are designed, tested, and built here in the heartland of the good ol' US of A.....but we use metric hardware...

I discovered the quality of the Cat operation when I researched a better fuel filtration system for my 2003 Dodge Cummins. Went to the Cat filters using their hardware adapters to install the system on my truck. It is a very happy truck. Also learned about their hydraulics expertise, here in Huntsville AL. Really service oriented folks.
