Nice tractor, I did the same thing about two years ago. Traded in my L3440 for the MX5100, what a difference. Got a ballast box made up for the MX and what a big difference that made for me. I love the tractor, you will too.

85 hours on mine so far. I just finished up moving some dirt and leveling around my pole barn. Works great!

Congrats on the MX5100.
Just traded my MF 1529 for an MX5100 too. Right now I just trying to figure out if I overpaid for my tractor. Final price of $28,300 for MX5100DT with LA844 loader with quick connect and R4 tires. It's cheaper than the Kubota build your tractor price, but I think those are inflated anyways. What do you all think?
The dealer did give me $10,500 for my MF 1529 as part of the negotiation.

If not. I'd say that's not a great price. I think what the op paid was an exceptional deal, so that might be asking too much, but the number you quoted looks high.

The deal is done, I just don't want to loose anymore sleep thinking I got screwed too hard. Came up to like $20,750 after the pay-off for the MF 1529. It's not a great deal, but it was the only one I had for like 200 miles radius.

I don't think you did that bad. The MX is certainly a lot more tractor than the Massey you had. Enjoy your MX, everyone that has one seems to like them.

Don't worry about the price. You got a great tractor. If you want to sleep better price out a grand l.
