Kioti CK20
Hi
I am glad to have found this forum. Just got a new CK20. I am happy with it but not so happy with the dealer. Ato center top mount of hitch.
after 1 hr of test mow I had lost the pin that holds the finish mower on. Found it and put it back in place. Next day lost another pin. Looked for it but instead found a bolt I did not know I had lost. Put bolt back on mower, used spare parts pin and clip and mowed another 19 hrs with only one more problem. The front tire had a 3 inch split between the tread bars. Dealer said I abused the tire by driving on rocks????
Still waiting for a new tire from North Carolina as well as the back blade to be delivered.

Can I put a Brush Hog from a Ford 8N on my CK20?

How big is the Bush hog and is it set up for a 3 point hitch. A 4 foot bush hog would be the optimal size for the CK 20 A 5 footer would be quite large and very heavy you would need counterweight on the front assuming it's a three point mount and would be lacking a bit of power. Anything larger would not be recommended.

It Is 5 ft and set for 3 pt hitch Thanks for info. I have a front end loader to counter weigh it but perhaps I will look for a 4 footer.
Thanks

Give the five footer a try and see how you like it all depends on what you're cutting and how fast you want to go I think u would probably be happier with a four though

A CK20 will handle anything that an 8n will - the FEL will give enough counterweight even when bucket is empty - the 2 are close in weight and horsepower - if it's a CK20HST then the Kioti wins hands down - and remember the CK20 is rated at 1305 lbs. on the 3-point :2cents:
