Thats only 64.4 hours a year. Likely this was a 1/2 to 1 acre piece of land the mower was used on.

If it appears to be in good condition, the unit was probably just used for mowing and light snow removal. I'd expect at least 1000 hours out of it. With good maintenance and probably minor repairs you could see 1500 to 2000 hours.

Are you saying in addition to the hours on it now or including the hours on it ?
