Hi all, I'm new to the forum and have several questions that hopefully someone will have the answers to.
Not sure what it's called....but on a JD 2720 and maybe other similar models as well, there is an adjustment knob directly in the middle between your legs on the floor.
I know its some sort of hydraulic adjustment....and can be adjusted from "fast to slow" etc., but unsure exactly what it's function is and how it affects hydraulic performance.
I think it slows down the hydraulics some so your attachments are not so quick and jerky, but does it also reduce the hydraulics power ?
Can it be adjusted to make the 46 backhoe attachment more smooth...and less fast and jerky, without reducing the digging power/force ?
I'm considering a used 2720 and would like some more info before I pull the trigger.
Thanks Jeff
