that dealer got asked to save one for Chris (Diamond ) so he can try it out pulling trailer hitch drawbars out of rusty Fords.

Ford drivers are the type that take the draw bar out.

What kinda mpg? I got my Ecoboost this week and around town is 18.6mpg so far. Tomorrow going to a car show in Indy so it will be interesting to see what the highway yields.

I didn't think you could get the HD Payload package with the E-Locker. Do you mean the Max Trailer Tow package?

Just finished test drive. Torque is nice during low speed acceleration. On Highway though the lack of HP is noticeable with lack of power in passing gear situations. Interior is beautiful and cabin is quiet with decent ride quality.

Was the engine quiet? Some of these new diesels are very quiet. A big change from a few years ago.

Very quiet. I have seen wherr people are removing the insulation on top of the engine to make it sound more diesel like.

Congrats, on the truck. I am getting 19.5 right now with a 5.0 Super crew with 3.73's. IDK if these trucks would do better with 3.55's with overdrive and large tires. They may do worse with 3.55's around town.

Didn't check because on a 3 mile drive it wouldn't matter. 18.6 is good. I get 16.5 around town with my 2wd 3.73 rear. I could get 17.5 or more if I REALLY REALLY try but it makes for a boring commute. Coasting in gear and predicting lights is the key. It is fun for about the first 1/4 tank to try for 18 mpg but then I say screw it, let's wake up these horses.
