Update from the OP. I ordered this steel painted canopy from Masters last Friday. It arrived by truck today (one week). I had it delivered to the small gas and grocery store a half mile up the road to save the $75 residential delivery fee. The driver called the store owner (who then called me) when the truck was about 5 minutes away. I met the 18-wheeler at the store and just backed my pickup up to the back of the big truck. That made the transfer easy and I unloaded it solo at home, without incident. Weight is about 100 lbs. I won't be able to install it until next week but here are some photos:
The first photo is the box/crate as it arrived (the minor tear in the box did not damage the contents). The next two photos show the underside and top of the actual canopy. The last photo shows the parts bag and brackets. The box came from Perry Co. in Waco TX, buy I haven't noticed and actual manufacturer's label or logo.
