Do you have a picture to post on this website (use "Insert Image" button above) that shows a bad knot? A picture may be useful to see what is wrong with the knotter.
What do you mean that "it tears the right side of bale"?
(How are things in Ukrainia? Peaceful in the farm country area, maybe not in the cities? Do you speak Ukrainian or Russian? I hope this is not too political , but do you like or dislike the new government?)
I live beyond Kharkov, there everything is quiet, in other cities as Slavyansk, Donetsk and Lugansk, there is very noisy as there war goes. Concerning the government still I can tell nothing to you, still it is a little visible that is made for the country for short term. I speak in Russian and Ukrainian, unfortunately I don't know English.
