Some where on this site is a story of a guy who cut half way through a tree with a chain saw. He then decided to push the tree over with his tractor bucket to make sure it went in the right direction. The tree split length wise up the middle. Cantilevered up about 15- 20 feet and flipped that tractor up side down.

Sounds like a really bad case of barber chair.

Anytime I push one with a tractor, I cut the wedge first and make a good back cut. Without the wedge......Barberchair for sure
