Never seen a wolverine this far south.I live on the Michigan & Ohio border.I would say they have them in the UP of Michigan.

Awesome!!! It sure looks like you have the right combo for your food plot. Not only do you have a nice congregation, but they certainly are healthy looking too. Nice going.

Please tell me what you have planted. Being a newbie on this, I planted rye grass - without much luck. Our deer population seem to like only deer corn, peanuts, and the bird feed out of out of our bird feeder.
I planted chicory & clover mix.We have had great growing weather little rain and sunshine, could not ask for more than that.We live in farm country so there is a lot of corn & soy beans all around us.

I say you got it figured out pretty good coobie. Question is, do you have your rifle sighted in? My guess is, you do. Nice work!
Wish we could use rifles in this area, shotgun only.I use a savage 220F bolt action in 20 ga. fully rifled barrel with a 3X9 leupold scope. It,s a tack driver,LOL.

Are you legal with a Muzzleloader? I bought a T/C impact and it will take out a beer can (empty that is...) @ 175 yds easily! My old Mossberg 20 ga. wasn't half as good @ 100 yds.

Yes legal with muzzleloader but this savage 220F with rifled sabot slugs can reach out just as far as a muzzleloader.

Nice! Proves that a multi purpose tool is seldom is good as a single purpose one. Where did you get your food plot info? I'm looking at planting one and would like to get them interested during hunting season as there are plenty of hay fields or them in the summer.... say... early October-early November, first frost?

I spoke with the local feed/seed mill guys about what to plant. They had some very good tips of types of seeds to plant. You can also google deer food plots, great info there also.
