So about $20 to sharpen, that beats $70 for new, sounds like its worth saving up my cold cut blades (if they still have teeth).

Excellent. Decided to just pick up the phone on this one.

Emerald Tool (Seattle, WA) charges $18.50 for 14" cold cut blade, no minimums. Didn't ask about re-tooth.
Eastside (Bellevue, WA) charges $22.50. If carbides are chipped or missing then Eastside charges $42 for "retooth", blade good as new.

This is good news, I have several dull blades. And good news for anybody who lends out their cold cut saw, give borrower a dull blade and go sharpen it y'self.
