getting worse, tractor barely moves in any gear, bucket works great, will lift tractor off the ground, but cant go more that1-2 mph! changed fuel filter(very dirty) oil and filter(it was time) and am going to change hydraulic filter today. hydraulic is overfilled and very slightly milky.

Sounds like a fuel problem. Maybe a diesel injection pump. You could have it tested for pressure at injection pump rebuilder.

Do you have a small fuel tank with a shutoff valve/knob under the tank where the line comes out?
If so you might check to see if the shutoff valve has a small screen cartridge filter above it in the bottom of the tank.
I have a 3910 that acted like yours, years ago after a couple thousand hours, and found out about the filter being there. It actually is acting as a dirt screen for dust and seeds that accumulate around the cap and fall in when the cap is removed.
I replaced the entire valve and filter for a few bucks and the tractor ran fine after that with over 4000 hours on it now.
Check it out.

ill check the fuel tank and fuel injection pump. i was told locally that they think its my clutch, as it will not go anywhere anymore. it (engine)runs like a champ, just wont go over 2 mph!
