Jeez, let's just hope she isn't lurking in the tall grass and you hit her with the brush hog! :shocked:First time the grass was so tall I had to use the brush hog and tractor. The neighbor lady will not even come out of her house.:cool2:

This was a few years ago. Still trespassing, because I bought the property, but at the time she was stacking things against the fence she was trying to steal an acre and 1/3 through the court system.Stupid question. If she was pushihg the material back onto your property didn't she trespass which was part of the no contact agreement?
Even in the People's Republic of Massachusetts you can legally shoot a dog that "worries" farm animals.I was with you up until then. A neighbor of mine's dogs get onto my property with some regularity and kill my chickens.
