First time the grass was so tall I had to use the brush hog and tractor. The neighbor lady will not even come out of her house.:cool2:
Jeez, let's just hope she isn't lurking in the tall grass and you hit her with the brush hog!

I've never been that lucky.:D
During our law suit she stack things right on my barbwire fence. Soon as I won the law suit I had my lawyer write her a letter to remove everything from my property. I know she got the letter because she started stacking more things on the fence. I called the sheriff, he climbed threw the barbwire fence went to her house and told her to remove the items. She blew him off. He came back to me, and said. If your lawyer said to remove these items and she won't, you should move them. That was on a Wednesday. I threw this together to mount on my tractor so it would push the items back onto her property. Sunday morning I started pushing this stuff back. She came running out, and would stand right in front of me. I'd just move to another location. She can't run as fast as the tractor:laughing:. I ran her to death:laughing:, back and forth. Well it got to where I didn't have anywhere to go, so see would stand in front of me. I went real slow but pushed her and the items back. She called the sheriff. Exact same guy came out again. She told him I ran over her with the tractor. He looked at the tractor, and said "the tractor is on his side of the fence"! "What were you doing over there"?! She said "no he runs that under the fence". He replied "you mean to tell me you were standing in front of a man running a tractor"? "What were you thinking"? "What if his foot slipped off the brake"? He turned and started walking towards his car, she asked him if he was going to arrest me? He said "for what"? She replied "for assaulting me". He laughed at her and got in his car and drove off.

Glad to hear it. I'll bet the old lady is boiling with frustration. When she blows it'll probably be sight to behold.

I feel some sympathy for the old gal, not anger or bitterness. She obviously has more issues than friends. That she chose to mix it up with SA isn't rewarding her in any way. While our guy is handling this with a remarkable degree of reason and an awful lot of class, its not always the person on higher moral ground that has an army of supporters. (oh... have I BTD ...) I've had my chops busted for merely advising one person in the defense of another, and it may happen again. (or it seemed that way at the time)

Her suffering is at her own hand, and my prayers are that she comes to reason before she hurts herself. We may all meet in Hades someday guys, & it won't be our decision which among us will be there. We would each have our own story to tell & I hope you'd find mine worth hearing. I don't think you guys could be a better bunch. That one lady isn't here to agree or disagree I won't hold against her if we never chance to meet. How does that go? "As you have done to the least of my followers, so have you done unto me." .. ? (.. learned the lesson, didn't join the club ..)

'Shield' will surely come out on top of this situation with his head held high, and that is why I'm behind him in spirit if not in arms. (so much for philosophy, eh?) :)

This was a few years ago. Still trespassing, because I bought the property, but at the time she was stacking things against the fence she was trying to steal an acre and 1/3 through the court system.
This picture here really up set the judge that gave us the no contact order last month.

I was with you up until then. A neighbor of mine's dogs get onto my property with some regularity and kill my chickens.
Even in the People's Republic of Massachusetts you can legally shoot a dog that "worries" farm animals.

My BIL is a farmer in Ontario and a dog that bothers the cows gets shot and delivered back to the owner. It's accepted practice.
