This is a QUOTE from my INSTALL instructions:Your kit includes separate inflation valves and air lines for each air helper spring. This will allow you to level your vehicle from side to side as well from front to back.If you would rather have a single valve inflation system your dealer can supply the required :Tee: fitting, end quote. How about that?

What about it? They completely spell it out for you. Read the highlighted sentence. Essentially that is the purpose of installing air bags.

I have quoted the istructions that came with the firestone bags in the above post.I guess if was such a safety issue why would they instruct a person to get the "TEE" fitting from your dealer?

The same reason they don't give you only 1 fill valve and a tee when you buy the kit in the first palce.

Obviously you just want to argue as you have not listened to any of the advice you have been given. Good luck with your project and have a great day.

Not trying to be a smart arse, but that's a pretty lame answer.YOU STATED follow install instructions which I will and they state you can use a TEE VALVE from your dealer for the install.

Including the TEE in the kit, they would be complicit in any liability caused by the kit and that TEE.
By selling a TEE after the fact, they probably feel they have relieved themselves of that liability
Almost everything companies do any more has some thought towards liability.

2 fill valves and tubing is almost assuredly more expensive than 1 fill valve and a TEE, and less poly tubing.
They are not giving you a more expensive product because they are generous or they think it is a better, easier way to assemble their product, my guess it is all about liability if a truck actually does get in trouble when a load shifts.

Well I am more confused now than ever to tee them together or not?Gonna install the firestone bags this weekend.I guess I will flip a coin to tee or not to tee.

Why Tee them? Only reason I can think of is laziness for airing up or down.

Don't tee them.
