3-Point Hitch Ford 1620 3 point question

Hello everyone.

Have another question about the new to me 1620 I just purchased. The loader has a mode where you can push the lever all the way up and it will 'float' over the ground. The sales guy said some tractors had something similar on the three point, but not mine. Is there any way to (easily) add a mode like that to my three point hydraulics? I'm going to have to do a lot of leveling with the box blade, and that would sure be handy.

I think what you are referring for the 3 point is draft control. It was an option to add with a new tractor. it is not a cheap option. It will be quite difficult to find t for an old vintage tractor.

Did any of the other 20 series tractors have it standard? Thinking maybe I could get the valve and swap mine out.

They were not standard as far as I know but a were a premium option. it beyond a simple valve. It takes specially designed top linlk/spring and feed back. I think it will be difficult to find one although I have not ever looked for one.
