I have 04 TC 35DA an the fuel gauge is way off. Is there and adjustment or any way to make it read closer to what it has in it? At least there is more in tank than shows. Thanks in advance.

The connections are easy to get to on the tank. There is not an adjustment that I know of. I just changed the sending unit in my Boomer 8N except it was the opposite, it showed more than was there. Would run out of fuel showing 1/4 of a tank. Was the cheapest to start with compared to a gauge cluster.

The TC series and my Boomer 8N use the same sending unit, was $104.34 plus I bought a new gasket for $5.20 from Messick's, plus shipping. It's easy to change, 2 screws hold the cover in place and 5 screws hold the sending unit in place. One wire has a ring terminal connection with a screw in the middle and one wire has a slide on spade terminal connection.
