Nice looking house. Even with 8/12 roof, you should have plenty of room for upstairs storage if they frame it right, since it looks like you have rafters instead of trusses.

Progress has slowed down considerably as is expected. Sheet rock is beginning today. Should be finished by mid next week. Stained concrete guys will do their stuff the end of next week. Trim carpenter is slated to start that next Monday! Tentative timeline is approximately 3 weeks minimum for him!

Update time! We have been moving right along. Hope to close the first or second week of October! The house is gray even though it has a pink hue in some pics. Most of the electrical is finished and the plumbing is also. I forgot to take a picture of the kitchen sink but will soon. It's a piece of art to me! Rock on fp and under bar should be done soon too!

Thanks! It's at an angle to the road. When you pull into the driveway and make the turn the house is facing you square on. It also allows the largest view of our place! You need to come out again sometime! Might be about ready for some discing! Hopefully I can get a nice stand of grass sown next year.

The disc is ready to go. I rebuilt the lift cylinder and am itching to try the disc at different speeds.
