You can put a BH on pretty much anything. Expect to pay about $6,000+.

And expect to have to do some modifying of any subframe that you get with one because you wont find one to fit exactly. It will require a lot of cutting and welding.
A 3 PH on may work but you have to be careful with one on a small tractor as it could put too much force on the frame.
For the amount of money you would spent to put a small back hoe on your tractor, you could put a couple thousand more and buy an older model commercial hoe like a 310 or equivalent. I see some that appear to be in good shape for less than $10K.

Keep looking on EB** and Crai**** for used BHs. I sold a 3PH hoe complete with pump this Summer for a friend at $1,000. It did need some new hoses, but was otherwise functional. Watch the weight so that your machine can lift it for moving, and after attaching a 3PH use it carefully, so not to harm the tractor.

I have a older Kubota L650, 80ish model on my YM1700. I pd. 2k for, its currently hooked up to the 3pt. hitch. However, I am looking for ideals on mounting by way of sub-frame. Weather to go around the axle to bh, or complete ladder type that attaches towards the btm. of my fel belley bracket. Not going to do a lot of side pulling or major digging, just afew small trees(underbrush 2-4"dia.) and drainage ditches. But don't want to put any stress on the tractor. And if anyone has pics of their mounting system, pls pm me. Not to be stepping on your thread, just saying.

If attaching rear end to midway point as , I believe someone on this site has done. Then I guess I've enough support for doing what I want to do. I took my hitch that was bolted up to rear end off, and bolted 1/4" angle to the underside. Then ran that up to my cross member for the fel, and welded it there. And with that all bolted down (w/blue Loctite) then I guess it will work. Time will tell. Had to buy longer metric bolts 10.5 grade.

Ok, just got back from town with a 20' stick of 3"x3/16"channel. Will fab up sub-frame that hooks over front cross member, then run back to underside(ctr of axle) of rearend where my angle is. This is where I plan on attaching the sub-frame to the angle(by way of bracket/pin). Will take plenty of pics, Got to put up another deerstand 1st. Bow season starts Sat., and I have to go in for shoulder surgery Thurs. Ha this is going to be fun. I might have to much goiung on under the tractor, will prob. have to do some mods. anyways hope when its done it'll help ya.
