A few years ago my brother in law bought my sister a TT75A primarily as a raking tractor. She has liked it so well that this year he bought a Workmaster 75 for their tedder. The Workmaster has not been as reliable as the TT75A and is now down. My sister was driving it between fields and as there was traffic she used the turn signals when she was ready to turn. Instant shut down. She was able to coast off the road. Their mechanic was finally able to get it started and drove it home but that was it. He doesn't know what he did to get it to start. All fuses are okay. He has checked electrical and by pulling fuses he has checked voltage and he finds 12+ volts terminal to ground from both fuse terminals. That is odd - one side of the fuse socket should be powered up with the key on and the other should go on to complete the circuit - starter relay, light, fuel pump solenoid, etc.) and then go to ground so he should have no voltage on that side, or should he? I was over there for a birthday party today and checked the wiring quickly. I am not very impressed because there are a lot of wiring harnesses dangling meaning something easy to snag with your foot, a branch, etc., but I couldn't find any glaring problem. I found some harnesses had been pinched (see note above about dangling harnesses) but the wires were intact. Has anybody run into anything like this? Yes, it is under warranty, but the dealer is 150 miles away and there is the sticker stating to be aware warranty covers repairs and not transportation.

Electrical components on those tractors are not impressive. Is there a safety module that has given up?

I found 3 large relays and tried the usual fix - tapping them - with no luck. Hope the dealer can give him some suggestions.

My grandson stepped on the harness that goes to the pto and pulled it off. After I cut it off and went to start it, surprise surprise. Hunted around for a little while until I found the problem. Hope your problem is as simple as mine was.

Problem solved - immediate problem was one of 3 large relays located to the top rear of the engine compartment was bad. Permanent solution is they traded the tractor when the dealer principal came out with a box of parts to try swapping until the defective one was found. Dealer handles 2 brands and this one is going on the return when the truck brings the replacement.

Had similar problem withworkmaster 65, failed on 4 times with 4 different electrical problems last was fuel shut off relay at 392 hours. Fuse blown after wiring routed over exhaust manifold, neutral high/low range switch went open and seat interlock wires crushed open.
Ordered service manuals for $275 Which I recieved that didn't have manual for engine that was another $175
