Hi,
I read a few posts and got some great info before I purchased this tiller so I thought I would let you know what I did to get it to work well with a cat 2 quick hitch. Also just picked up this disc and modified that also.
On the tiller the main hitch plates were about .5 inches to narrow so I cut one side off and moved it over. The hitch would hit the tube behind the pin so I cut the tube out between the plates and welded it back in about .5 inches set back. The top hook would hit the bolt and the braces so I removed the bolt and welded the braces to the outside of the frame. The pto shaft was short so a extension fixed that. It hooks up very nicely now and it also seams to bounce less with the extra weight of the quick hitch. Not sure why they couldn't have set it up from the factory like this?
The disc was easy. I added 2 half inch plates and then added 2 gussets welded to the main tube and these plates. I had some 1 inch grade 5 bolts that were a bit to long but work fine.
Both are very easy to hook up to now.
