JD 2155 - YR 1990 WON'T START WITH KEY

Took tractor apart to replace tran pump and have put back together. The tractor was starting with the key before I took it apart but won't even turn over now. Can short the terminals on starter and tractor will start. Have power out of ign. switch to relay under dash but can't get power to the starter sol. Does anyone have a wiring schematic for a 1990 JD2155

There is a neutral start switch on the top front of three point hitch housing. Is it connected?

Yes, it was. but a young man helping undid the wires. I checked the switch with a ohm meter and it opens and closes when you shift from neutral to putting it in gear. Found the power wire that becomes hot when you turn the key to the start position. Have tried several of the other wires that were laying loose and not connected to anything but know luck. I traced the two wires form the starter sol. to a relay under the console and the wire from the ing. switch to this rely also. But not getting power out of the relay to the starter sol.

Check to be sure relay is getting a good ground.
