When I was tractor shopping, I looked at the NH 4.75 and that was a really, really nice tractor that I liked a lot. But I think the LS P7010 offers more for a lot less money.
+1
I also looked at the NH T4.75, Mahindra 7060 Cab, Kioti, Kubota, JD, and LS... I felt the best fit price and features was the LS P7010C.
Gary Fowler summed it up, "Check out the utility sized LS P7010C it might surprise you with the amount of tractor that you can buy and the options that come standard on them, like a 3 speed PTO gearbox, 3 rear remotes, telescoping 3 PH lift arms, tilt steering wheel, wired receptacle for trailer towing, 20F/20R gearing or shuttle shift (sorry no HST in this sized tractor) and don't forget the cab with AC and heat plus radio, push button 4 WD, PTO and differential lock, automatic engagement of 4 WD when you tap the brakes (very handy for those downhill slides that folks find themselves in with CUTs and a full FEL bucket. PTO also has the switch to change it from auto to manual where it will shut off when you raise the lift if you like AND you can feather it in with the clutch if you want so it avoids shock loading to the PTO train."
This is why I went LS P7010C. I had several color tractors local and even more within 100 miles. It is A LOT OF TRACTOR for $37k. I could not see spending $50k or more for a 70'ish HP cab tractor. Especially when front and rear wipers/washer, 3 remotes, 3 speed PTO, creeper range (why would you need it?), radio, 12 lights, ect were all standard on the LS, not true on most other brands.
My P7010C should be delivered Wednesday. We shall see how it handles the hay fields. I have no fears that it will pull 8' and 9' disc mowers and a 5x4 round baler.
