I found these parts at the rear of the tractor down under Kardan and wanted to know where they can be dissolved?

Attached are photos of the part including Carter's back cover

Thanks,

cahani.

What is "kardan" or "Carter" ? do you mean rear differential or transmission? can you post picture a bit further out to see where it came off of the tractor? what you see there is not dirt or foreign material. it is not even metal shaving. It appears to be roller that came off of some needle bearing. They are small and can not be any of the main bearings that are roller or ball type.

What is the nature of your problem? and why did you open the tractor. Is that plate some on the side or bottom? Is there anything magnetic in the round section?

kardan i mean to PTO and carter mean to rear cover of oil basin.
it was leak of hydraulic oil from rear cover of oil basin then i opened him and find what you can see....
the round section is not magnetic i think this round section and some needle is a part of bearing and i dont know from where is fall down?
also i found parts of needle in oil filter...
and now i afraid to start the tractor and i want to know how i can be sure that every thing is OK or alternatively how to check if every thing is OK
thanks,
cahani.

If the needles dropped onto the rear cover you most likely damaged #11 on the parts list. Since the needles fell out of the race it will be difficult to remove.

Cahani,

The needle is so small as I can not think it carries any major load. The needle bearing that couple splined shafts are pretty heady duty and much bigger. what you show looks to me is some sort of spacer to help with friction of some sort. I just can't see if to be part of locomotion system. I'll search it a bit, but I know that can't go thru filter and if you have any more of it most likely is on the bottom of transmission or rear diffy sump. I don't think that can have any effect on hydraulic pump. Have you ever tried to go to NH part store for diagram of your tractor and it's components. It is an invaluable resource.

PS. Look at the attached PDF, There is a needle bearing #5 on the rear housing where the pto shaft comes out. with the tractor off cna you wiggle the pto shaft? any play or looseness there?

Cahani,

You can not use your tractor in its current state. You must identify the damaged bearing.

Is the tractor equipped with a 2 speed PTO? (540 and 1000 rpm) If it is see below.

#12 is a thrust bearing assembly. Link
From the bottom cover try to move gear #30 up and down and side to side. It should have less than 1/32" (1mm) of play.
