FEL Snow blades

I spoke to Hiniker's engineer about the snugness issue which is a problem on all tractor loaders due to visibility and some skid loaders. He clearly understood the problem and how a taper on the sides and bottom play would allow easier attaching. Anyway, the engineer told me about a feature they once included, that their sales guys (who apparently have never used the product) said wasn't necessary that made it a little easier to hook up the quick attach and so I looked up the inexpensive guys I bought my plow from who publish a price list to order the now-not-included-feature (little feet that hold up the quick detach plate on the plow).

In my case, I ordered from Big Red Truck, a Hiniker dealer, and picked up the plow from Hiniker's Will Call desk in North Mankato, since Hiniker is localish from my city house.

I find my FEL works fine just by itself. Drop it leveled in float mode, and use the backblade angled and I can clear up to 8 r 9 inches just running forward through it. More than that and I'd have to start herringboning the snow off the sides of the drive since the tractor only weighs 3500# with the tires filled.

They are also a true plow that rolls snow off the blade and come standard with a crossover relief valve. Lastly they all have lateral float that follows the contours of the drive. The orange one on my old Kioti is a 2000 series and the yellow one is a 3000 series on my current LS. I think the 2000 would be all you would need. Have fun and don't wait too long, winter's coming!
