Thanks for replying. There are no indication lights that there is a problem. It sounds like a back up beep, but its constent. After the tractor has been running for 3-5 minutes it comes on. It was serviced recently at 49.5 hours(oil change, and checked ), now it has 80 hrs.

The tractor is under warranty isn't it? It sounds like whatever indicates that's in reverse is sticking. Everything else should have some sort of indication as to what is going on, I would assume. I don't have a Mahindra, so I don't know from experience. Have you contacted your dealer?
