I would have to see the serial number plate to believe that is a John Deere product. It may have a Deere seat and weights, but looks to be a Toro or other professional lawn care product with a snowblower on it. The dogs look to be 3-5 year old Siverian Husky and Chocolate lab. Lol

A quick Internet search shows Anderson and Thomas still in business in Madison Wi. They are dealers for Ariens, Simplicity, DR, Scag, Echo, Stihl, Troybilt, and Lawn Boy. My guess is it may be one of those brands repainted in Deere colors.
