I recently purchased my 1070 from an auction. When I loaded and chained everything down o came across this on the tractor. I didn't purchase any but tractor and the loader . Did I miss something at the auction. That should have went with the mount .

Did the tractor originally have a mid-mount mower? That looks a lot like the front hanger for a mower deck.

99.9% sure that is indeed what that is, my tractor has the same thing-but different.
It does have a mid point pto. I bought it at a estate auction. The old timer wasn't there but son didn't know much about tractors. The old man ran a 6' 3 pt finish mower on it. I bought it with 5 minutes to look it over before bidding. But been very pleased with my purchase. I'm looking at making a truck snow plow mount around the same area. Someone had one posted in an earlier post I would like to find. Either the loader mount or where the that mount came from.

That is the front hangar for the mid mount mower. I have one.
