It is stain concrete throughout. Didn't want to mess with carpet. If we change anything down the road we might add some porcelain tile that looks like wood planks but we love the concrete

2730 sq ft living, 520 sq ft garage and 720 sq ft porches. A little over 4k under roof. 3 bed 2.5 bath
Stained concrete. We love it. Second house with them and enjoy it once you get used to them! Easy cleanup with a 2 year old!

Wife has been asking to get the porch screened in. The dogs destroyed our patio furniture and would cover it with mud and hair! The rain kept it pushed back until two weeks ago. We love it! Now we really need to work on the landscaping. Looks barren out there now. If anyone is on the fence, this is one of our favorite things we've done.

Our friends in Cleveland, Ohio area have a large covered patio with screens. They also have roll down shades made from sail canvas that blocks extra sun or chilly breezes. It makes a very nice indoor/outdoor space and the shades extend the usefulness. Their patio is a rectangle that projects off the rear of their house so it is a bit different layout than yours.
