I believe I prepaid for 5 years insurance on the B2620 I bought a few years ago, not 5 years ago, maybe 3. Buying another new Kubota BX25 with 5 year financing and K insurance has been priced on the proposal. Now the question. Do you automatically refund me the prepaid insurance on the B2620 or do I have to contact someone and if so, who and where?

Do you not have an answer for me? I'll probably just get local insurance if I don't hear from you. Everyone loves having an agent/Company Rep that won't answer their questions.:confused3:

Hey John Thomas,

Here is your answer... Yes. If you call for a payoff with the intent of paying the account off early, the amount is automatically subtracted from the payoff quoted. If you pay off your account without calling in for a payoff, KCC will issue you a refund check since KTAC issues the refund to KCC. Basically, KCC pays for your insurance since you are getting a loan with them and the money is still owed to KCC.

Sorry for the delay in replying. I have been in the process of moving our entire operations (both KCC and KTAC) to Texas.

Since you were working and not on vacation it's OK. I was at Barlows today when my new BX25 was unloaded and yes, I took pics.
I was afraid it was going to be in quicker and I needed or thought I needed an answer but not delivering till next week so I had plenty of time. Thanks for info.:thumbsup:
