I'm new to the sight so I hope I am posting to the right area.

I have a 2003 TN65d 4wd with 32LC loader. I went to use it and the loader and 3 pt would not move. Tractor would move and power steering work fine. They worked when I moved it to work on some electrical issues. Not sure if I could have messed something up when I had the dash apart. I am sure it is probably something simple at least I hope. Please help

Thanks

Have you checked hydraulic fluid level. When was the last time you changed the hydraulic fluid and filter. It just appears that your hydraulic fluid or empty because of a leak, crack, or a fitting or hose is leaking. Good luck

Fluid level is good and not leaking any where that I can see. I got the tractor a few weeks ago at an auction so i am not sure when it was changed last. All the filters on the tractor look pretty new (no oil, rust or sun fading on them). Engine Oil looks brand new and front diff fluid looks new too. All the other tractors i have would still do something even it the fluid was bad. just move real slow. Also if it was a fluid problem I would think the power steering would not work. this tractor will not try to do anything like some one flipped a switch off. Is there some kind of hydralic lock out?

I have been tring to fix a few electrical issues tach, pto speed and head lights not working. I got the head light one fixed. Not sure if i screwed something up when i had the fuse box and dash apart. I probably need to get a manual but not sure if it would help in this case.

Is one of your remotes "On" with nothing attached?

Mike

I tried moving both remote levers with no luck. I dont even hear the motor change in sound when I try to use any hydrailic function. I called the local dealer he had me try some stuff with no avail. he was going to look some stuff and get back with me. i was hoping today but no such luck.

Have to removed the safety relief valve to see that it is stuck open and just dumping fluid back to the reservoir? It should be on your positioning valve body.

I have not had much time to work on the tractor due to work and thanks giving. im not sure where the positioning Valve is located. I did take a plug out of a line on top of the pump and there was no fluid coming out. I put the plug back in but left loose and started the tractor for about 10 seconds still no fluid. Could a pump just go from working fine to nothing at all? ImI'm hoping this weekend I will get some time to mess with it a little more.

Are you sure the the plug you removed was on the pressure side of the pump? It's possible to lose your prime by opening the suction side.
Usually the suction side of the pump is on the top so you can pour oil in to prime the pump.

In the future you should loosen one of the fitting on the FEL lift cylinder and see if there is flow when actuating the lift lever.

I think there are two hydraulic pumps on you tractor. One if for the steering and the other for the hydraulics.

Mike I just saw your post after I got it going. Not sure what I did. I had that plug cracked and tractor running i pulled up on the 3pt lever after a couple seconds it went up and fluid was leaking out the plug when I got out of the tractor to look. Only thing I can think is it was air locked. I used the tractor this afternoon and it worked fine.

It does have two pumps the plug I removed was on the front pump smaller line coming off of it. There is actually two plugs right next to each other just different sizes. I thing they may be so you can put a pressure gauge to test with but not sure.
Thanks for the help.

Still Having problems. Only way to get the hydraulics to work sometimes is to loosen up the plug above the pump (see attached) tell fluid starts to come out then tighten it. Everything works fine while the tractor is running. If you leave the tractor off for a bit you have to do it all over again. I did change the fluid and filter, did not seem to help. Any help would be great.
