While no one knows what the government is capable of doing against its people what I have conveyed to you is current law supported with 235 years of stare decisis. I think knowing who gets payed and can legally recover under law and who can't will help you plan in the future. The big issue with most, I'm sure it's your issue too, is SS. Read up. The government is not obligated to pay legally, with two votes and a signature today it could be terminated. There are no accounts being held for you, it's payed through the general fund and operates just like what you know as a ponzy scheme. And if you don't get payed your SS, legally that's not a default. HSAnd why would the military retirements, along with the other federal employee's bennies be sacrosanct in this scenario? You really think if all this comes to pass, that you will be exempt?
